Disclaimer, Editorial Standards & Notice-of-Concern Policy
Who we are. PAG Project, LLC is a Texas limited liability company producing investigative journalism and commentary on matters of public concern. We are not a law firm, investment adviser, or tax advisor. Nothing on this site or our channels is legal, investment, or tax advice.
Scope. This Disclaimer and Policy apply to all content we publish on this website and on any official PAG Project channels, including but not limited to email newsletters, social media accounts, podcasts, videos, and other platforms we control (collectively, the “Channels”). Where a platform’s own terms require different labeling or processes, we follow those terms in addition to this Policy.
Opinions, allegations, and sources.
Unless expressly identified as an established fact from an official record, statements concerning wrongdoing are allegations and/or opinion based on our analysis of sources. Where we rely on public records or official proceedings, we link or cite those materials. Our goal is to provide a fair, true, and impartial account of official proceedings and documents consistent with Texas law.
Public‑interest reporting & anti‑SLAPP notice.
Our work concerns investor protection, government oversight, and market practices—issues of public concern. We reserve all rights and defenses afforded by the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
Whistleblower status.
PAG Project’s principal has submitted information to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and/or Internal Revenue Service whistleblower programs. Whistleblower participation is governed by applicable statutes and SEC/IRS rules (including confidentiality and anti‑retaliation provisions). Nothing here asserts affiliation with any agency or reveals confidential non‑public information.
No financial, legal, or tax advice.
Content is for general information and education. Decisions about investments or legal/tax strategies require advice from your licensed professional who knows your circumstances.
Accuracy and updates. Corrections & Notice‑of‑Concern (takedown) process.
Accuracy and updates. We strive for accuracy and context and update when warranted. Content may become outdated; links to third-party sites are provided for context and do not imply endorsement. Where platform constraints (e.g., character limits) prevent full context on a Channel, we provide a link back to the relevant page on this site for sources and updates.
Corrections & Notice-of-Concern (takedown) process.
If you believe a specific statement is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawfully defamatory, email review@pagproject.com with the subject NOTICE OF CONCERN and include:
-
The exact URL(s) or platform post link(s) and quoted statement(s) at issue;
-
A clear explanation of why you contend the statement is false or unlawfully misleading, with citations to contrary facts or orders;
-
Your name, role, organization, and contact information; and
-
Whether the concern regards factual accuracy, context, privacy, or IP.
We will acknowledge receipt and review in good faith. Remedies may include correction, clarification, addition of context, or retraction. Submission of a Notice of Concern does not create any obligation beyond our good-faith review, and we reserve all rights. For content published on third-party Channels, corrections may be implemented by editing (where supported), posting a follow-up correction/clarification, or linking to an updated explainer on this site.
User submissions and third-party content. We may host comments or link to third-party content. Responsibility for third-party statements remains with their authors. Shares, retweets, embeds, or links of third-party material on our Channels are for reporting and context; they do not imply endorsement or adoption of those statements.
